Within 14 days of purchase you can withdraw from your Premium contract and get your money back. You can do it right here, without signing in and without having to give a reason.

Our promise: tell us why, and you get everything back.

By law we could keep a proportionate amount for Premium time you have already used. We waive that the moment you write in the form what did not fit, or what you would have wished for. Then the full amount goes back, no deduction and no follow-up questions. Your withdrawal is valid without a reason too; the two things have nothing to do with each other.

What happens next

You get an immediate confirmation to the address you gave, so you have it in writing that the deadline was met. Reimbursement is processed by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd., to the same means of payment you used for the purchase. Depending on your bank that takes a few days.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jonas Hallmann, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-238-021, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, pocketpodium@hallmann.top) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the form above or the model form below, but neither is obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Reimbursement is processed by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd.

Early expiry and compensation for value

Premium is available immediately after purchase. So that the service can begin before the withdrawal period expires, we obtain your express consent: the notice sits in the app right above the purchase buttons, and buying is your consent. It also tells you that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

Without that express consent and acknowledgement, no deduction for time already used applies on withdrawal. You get the full amount back. If you did consent and used the service during the period, we could in principle retain a proportionate amount for the time used.

We waive that deduction if you give a reason or a wish in the form above. Then we refund the full amount in any case. This promise goes beyond what we are obliged to do; we keep it because the feedback is worth more to us than the remainder.
